The event will bring together thousands of health-conscious people from across the state to learn about new ways to stay fit, have fun and live healthier lives.

A portion of the proceeds will benefit several local charities that are helping to improve the lives of children and families across the area.

Girls Run Our mission is to inspire and empower girls to be leaders in our community, fundraise for local and national cancer initiatives all while developing and instilling an enthusiasm for fitness and running.

Montgomery County Youth Services Offers youth in crisis with a safe, healthy and nurturing environment. Money raised will help the organization's health and fitness programs.

Montgomery County Woman's Shelter Provides immediate housing for victims of violence and their children. Donated funds will go towards the shelter's fitness and wellness programs.

The Texas Fitness & Wellness Expo and Texas Yoga Championships offers a range of opportunities for local businesses and organizations to help these charitable causes and local fitness groups while sharing your own message or promoting your own cause with the thousands of event attendees.

Your support for the Texas Fitness & Wellness Expo is an investment in your local community. It helps to bring people together for a worthwhile cause while helping to stimulate much-needed activity in the local economy.

There are several levels of support available, depending on the goals of your organization and the type of involvement you'd like to have at the event.

Sponsorship Opportunities

Underwriter A prestigious branding opportunity. Opportunities available to support the venue rental, event promotion, VIP club or event passes. From $5000 to $35,000.

Sponsorship A great way to promote your business and gain exposure during the event. Packages can include booths, presentations and more. From $1500 to $30,000.

Contributor Perfect for businesses or individuals who want to be participate in the excitement of the event. Packages include VIP party passes, gift bags and other options. From $250 to $10,000.

Magazine Ad Reach thousands of fitness-minded people with your business message in the official event program magazine.

This event is the perfect opportunity for area organizations to promote their business, product or service to a large audience of health and fitness consumers. There are several levels of sponsorship available (see list of sponsorship & contributor packages for details) and packages can be customized to help you meet your objectives.

Key sponsors can showcase their talents or promotional messages on the prestigious Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion’s main stage or on the north plaza side stage and sponsors can have a booth in the north plaza or in the Woodforest event tent.
